How to choose a mosaic lamp kit
Every occasion uses the same DIY Home Kit. You choose three things: a color theme, a frame and how many kits.
Color theme
Each kit comes in a color theme of hand-cut glass and beads. Black Sea (light blue, green and mirror) is our most popular, followed by Aegean (dark blue, light blue and white) and Hagia Sophia (yellow, orange and red). Christmas (red, green and white) is in season now.
Frame
Every globe fits all six iron frames: Table Lamp (5.5" Γ 11"), Mini Table Lamp (5.5" Γ 8.5"), Swan Lamp (8.7" Γ 15"), Camping Lamp (5.5" Γ 10", portable and rechargeable), Aladdin Lamp (10" Γ 18") and Mini Moon Lamp (9.5" Γ 15").
How many kits
One kit makes one lamp. Making them together, or buying gifts for a few people at once, costs less: 8% off 2 items, 15% off 3 and 25% off 4 or more, any mix of DIY kits and ready-made lamps.
Shipping and Christmas dates
We dispatch every kit within three business days. Free Economy shipping (every lamp kit qualifies, on orders over $50) takes 5β8 business days; Standard takes 3β5. For delivery before Christmas, order by December 9 (or December 14 with Standard shipping).
Questions, answered
Is it difficult to make a mosaic lamp at home?
Not at all, and it's beginner friendly. The kit includes all the materials and tools you need, and no prior experience is required. Start your mosaic from the center and work outward, keep the glue layer thin, and take your time.
How long does it take?
Most first-timers spend 4β5 hours placing the mosaic, often over two evenings. Then the glue dries overnight (about 12 hours) before you finish the lamp and switch it on. Thereβs no rush: work at your own pace.
Is it messy?
Only a little. Cover the table with newspaper or a sheet first. Grout is the one messy step, and the sponge in the kit wipes it off the glass.

What if something is missing or damaged?
Our complete-kit promise: every piece arrives, or we replace it free. If anything is missing, broken or wrong, email hello@mosaicartstudio.us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo, and weβll send a replacement (or a full refund) once weβve checked it.
